Our second gathering invites us to step into the silent teachings of the trees -to trust the flow of nature and the cycles of life.

The strength of trees lies in their presence -rooted deep in unseen soil, nourished by invisible connections, and reaching skyward as the wind sings through their leaves. This evening, we’ll draw inspiration from their quiet wisdom: to release what has completed its time, rest in stillness through the winter, and trust in the renewal that follows.

🌱 What We Will Explore Together

• Mindfulness Attitudes: Trust & Harmony
We’ll begin by exploring two essential attitudes of mindfulness -trust and letting go.
What does it mean to trust the flow of life, to listen to our inner feelings and intuition, and to live in harmony with what is?

• Ancient Myths, Ancestral Wisdom & the Letting-Go Ritual
We’ll explore ancient myths and ancestral wisdom that honor nature’s cycles, inviting us into deeper harmony with the Earth.
In tune with autumn’s flow, we’ll take part in a simple letting-go ritual -releasing what no longer serves us and creating space for the new.

• Literary and Artistic Reflections
We’ll draw inspiration from great writers -Knut Hamsun, Hermann Hesse, and Henry David Thoreau- who cultivated the wisdom of trees in their works, and journey through the artworld to discover how painters across centuries have captured the living spirit of trees.

• Shamanic Meditation with a Tree
To return to the center of the spiral and embody the wisdom gathered throughout the evening, we’ll conclude with a shamanic tree meditation -an ancient practice of attunement with nature, guiding us to flow in harmony with Mother Earth.

🌳 Feel free to bring your own favorite artworks, passages, or authors that speak to nature, trust, and the art of letting go.
