Details

This gathering marks the arrival of spring, a time of renewal, balance, and new beginnings celebrated across cultures. Through the wisdom of trees and simple seasonal rituals, we explore the turning of cycles in nature and within ourselves.

What we will explore together:
🌱 Mindfulness Attitudes: Renewal, Trust & Harmony
We’ll reflect on renewal, trust, and letting go; listening to our inner rhythms and opening ourselves to what is ready to grow.

🌿 Ancient Myths, Ancestral Wisdom & Spring Rituals
We’ll explore myths and seasonal traditions that honor nature’s cycles and take part in a simple new-year ritual inspired by Nevrouz.

📖 Literary & Artistic Reflections
We’ll draw inspiration from writers such as Knut Hamsun, Hermann Hesse, and Henry David Thoreau, and explore how artists across centuries have portrayed trees as symbols of renewal and life.

🌳 Shamanic Tree Meditation
We’ll close with a grounding tree meditation, connecting with the energies of rooting, balance, and new growth as we step into the new cycle together.

This is an interactive, inclusive, and contemplative circle; no prior experience is needed. Our gathering will take place in a cozy setting, inviting quiet reflection and deeper connection.
Participation is possible with prior reservation only (limited spots).

A pot of herbal tea, sweets, and Turkish coffee will accompany our shared time together.
