The Art of Impermanence and Life’s Fleeting Beauty

In this gathering we turn toward the land of impermanence, where change is the essence of all things, the ground from which new possibilities arise.

✨ In This Gathering, we will;
• Journey through artworks from Impressionism to Abstract Expressionism and nature-based creations that embody transience and transformation.
• Explore ancient myths and writings by Rainer Maria Rilke, Rebecca Solnit, Pema Chödrön, Thich Nhat Hanh and others illuminating life’s ever-changing rhythm.
• Engage in a mindfulness meditation to rest with the flow of breath, thoughts, and emotions as they arise and dissolve.

This is an interactive, inclusive, and contemplative circle; no prior experience is needed. Our gathering will take place in a cozy setting, inviting quiet reflection and deeper connection.
Participation is possible with prior reservation only (limited spots).

A pot of herbal tea, sweets, and Turkish coffee will accompany our shared time together.
