Mindful meditation trains our mind to be aware of what is happening right here, right now by learning to "listen" to our bodies and attend to all stimuli with clarity and equanimity. We stabilize the mind and body and then, together with the breath, attend to physical, emotional, and conceptual sensations that arise developing clarity about both our inner and outer experience. This practice sharpens our senses and connects us to life. To register, please follow the link and sign up for a trial class or a meditation membership ($25/month). We now also offer yoga, in-person and virtual. Full memberships include meditation & yoga and are income-based.
