We're kicking off our Machine Learning tech talks series. We'll start with introduction talks to get everyone onboard. This meetup is in collaboration with the Kinneret Innovation Center.

=== 1. Introduction to Machine Learning in the cloud (by Dudy Cohen) ===

In this talk we'll get familiar with Machine Learning and its applications, especially in the AgroTech domain. We'll learn how to build a model and validate it, and run it using AWS SageMaker.

About Dudy Cohen:
Dudy founded informa-tix.com company which provides world wide data engineering solutions.

Dudy is a Cloud architect and Data engineer, he has vast experience in data handling at any scale and any rate. Dudy is an expert in Amazon's cloud solution technologies, and won first place in the AWS summit 2014 in Tel Aviv for system development.

This talk is aimed to all the curious minds out there wanting to get into this world and are wondering where to start. Being a newbie in Machine Learning myself, I’ll share tips and pointers on how to get started learning ML. We’ll talk about the prerequisites, useful online resources, services and frameworks. Finally, we'll get a taste of a simple project anyone can get started with.
