Please join us on Monday Dec 11th for an exciting evening with Professor Ed Damiano: Co-Founder, President & CEO of Beta Bionics. Prof Damiano was named BU's 2016 Innovator of the Year and WebMD's 2016 Health Hero.

Diabetes doesn’t take breaks so neither does Ed Damiano. For a little over a dozen years he and his team have worked diligently to relieve the burden of care with the development of a bihormonal bionic pancreas for autonomous regulation of glycemia in people with type 1 diabetes (T1D). Now nearing the finish line for final clinical trials, come hear how he turned a family crisis into a therapeutic milestone.
