This live workshop offers a grounded, practical way to find clarity without overthinking — using the Inner Compass method for everyday decisions.

What This Workshop Is About
In this session, we work with a simple and embodied decision-making framework called The Inner Compass.
Rather than trying to “figure things out,” you’ll learn how to listen to two inner signals that are always present when a decision feels stuck:

  • Body signals – how your system communicates “yes,” “no,” or hesitation
  • Mind clarity – learning to recognize when the mind is in protection mode vs. when it’s actually clear

This is not about forcing certainty.
It’s about reducing inner friction and finding orientation.

A Space You Can Return To
This meetup is intentionally designed as a repeatable practice space.
Each session follows the same core structure — but you always bring a different decision, which makes the experience new and relevant every time.
If you’ve joined Inner Compass workshops in the past, this will feel familiar — and likely deeper.
If you’re new, it’s a clear and gentle entry point.

What You Will Experience
This is a guided, experiential workshop — not a lecture and not therapy.
You will:

  • work with one real situation from your life
  • calm mental noise instead of fighting it
  • practice reading body feedback more clearly
  • learn how to distinguish fear-based thinking from actual clarity
  • leave with a direction or next step you trust more than before

We don’t look for a perfect answer.
Direction is enough.

Bring One Real Situation
Please come with one decision that currently feels unclear, unresolved, or heavy.
Examples:

  • a conversation you keep postponing
  • a step you feel drawn to but hesitate to take
  • a yes / no / not yet decision
  • a situation where your head says one thing and your body another

This will be your personal practice ground.
