💫 Come join us in this activity for the Helderberg community, based on open contribution! Allan and Andy are sharing with us their knowledge and expertice to cover the Tai Chi forms.
💫 The activity is in Somerset West, and the exact location is shared with those who confirm. If interested you need to mark assistance, whatsapp us, and please have in mind other people may join from other groups.
💫 What to bring: cash to contribute to the teachers (Ref ~50R), a cap/hat or sunscreen in case the sun is strong, water bottle to keep hydrated, and confortable shoes. The activity will last more or less one hour.

💫 Tai chi is a gentle, low-impact form of exercise in which practitioners perform a series of deliberate, flowing motions while focusing on deep, slow breaths (Qigong). Movements are smooth to facilitate serenity, flowing like water in a river. This continual flow gathers inner energy like hydraulic power, growing as it flows, and integrates mind and body. It also helps to maintain strength, flexibility, and balance.
