Join us for a day of community healing as we explore the mind, body, and spirit through the Helix Healing Collective’s unique blend of Spiritual Development, Psychological Work, Altered States of Consciousness, and Energy Work—the pillars of our holistic healing approach.This special 4-hour space of community care and healing will weave together Luminous Body Healing, Energy Center Activation, Trauma Healing Practices, Metta (Lovingkindness) Meditation, and Gestalt Dreamwork in a deeply supportive, group-based environment. Partner exercises and community circles will create a safe, inclusive space for transformation and reconnection.
