Hello Motherhood, Now What?

Are you a new mother and wonder about the many changes that you have gone through since the birth of your baby (or babies)? Are you pregnant with your first child and are facing the great unknown of motherhood? If you are looking for a group format to help you express your emotions and thoughts on this new journey called motherhood, join us in a discussion dedicated to mothers, where you will:

- explore matrescence (the process of becoming a mother) and what it means for you
- learn about matrescence and the challenges that it brings as you are born as a new mother
- connect with other mothers and share experiences
We are looking forward to meeting you and hearing your matrescence story!

This meetup is free of charge. We welcome diversity and are open to inviting fathers to ask their questions around fatherhood and exchange experiences with other parents. We are open to any family arrangements.
