This group is a gentle space for parents who want to better understand their child’s emotions without pressure or judgement
We will talk about real situations
anger
tantrums
silence
anxiety
And slowly learn how to respond in a way that helps the child feel safe and understood
I am a psychologist with over 25 years of experience working with children and families
and also a mother of three adult children
So I understand not only professionally
but also personally
how confusing and emotional parenting can be
During our meetings I will also use Big Feelings cards
a simple but powerful tool that helps children name emotions and learn how to cope with them
This is not a lecture
this is a space where you can breathe

and find clarity
