Volunteering Outdoors at the Urban Ecology Center

We will be helping the Urban Ecology Center manage outdoor areas at Three Bridges Park, in the Menomonee Valley. Some things we may be helping with are removing invasive species, picking up litter, planting native plants, helping with trail maintenance or other tasks. (Event may be changed or cancelled due to inclement weather.)

The Urban Ecology Center recommends:

• Bringing your own reusable water bottle (we will not be near a water fountain when working)
• Wearing closed-toed shoes with socks
• Dressing in layers
• Wearing long sleeves
• Wearing pants
• Wearing sunscreen and bug repellent

Afterwards, you are invited to join us for lunch at El Senorial Restaurant, 1901 S 31st St in Milwaukee.
