WOMEN SPA EVENT for Healthcare, Socialcare, Helping professionals and caregivers

This is a call for healers, healthcare heroes, helpers and caregivers in Nottingham and especially women, who, hopefully, can give themselves more than a few seconds for their well-being. We are living in times when we desperately need to create space to restore and return home to our bodies.

A space to connect to our intuitive wisdom, our unique gifts, and the infinite source of health & healing, to make this mission of supporting others sustainable.

🌿Restore: A Spa & Restorative evening (East of Nottingham): A deeply restorative and heart-opening experience, where we create space to restore and reconnect.

A nurturing experience for women helping professionals and caregivers, like me and you. A safe space of non-judgment, deep rest, to recharge your emotional reserves.

✨Together, we will immerse in practices that blend somatics, slow body movement, breathing techniques, music, and visualization—supporting you in reconnecting with your inner wisdom, receiving from your nurturing source, aligning body, mind, and spirit.

An evening of relaxation, rejuvenation, and connection awaits:

🌿 A Self-Compassion Journey through Embodied Movement, Mindfulness, Visualisation and Somatic Healing.
🌿 Hydrotherapy: Relax and unwind in a heated pool, jacuzzi and sauna. 🌿 Connection with like-minded women
