Ilmari Koskinen, Principal Consultant at Nitor and former CPO of a VC-funded AI startup, brings extensive experience in global product businesses across both B2C and B2B.

In his workshop, “Go and See in the AI Era: A Hands-on Workshop for Product People,” Ilmari will guide us through a practical approach to understanding customers and systematically finding things to improve in a product.

Working with a web app on your own laptop, you’ll practise “go and see” — learning through direct observation and exploration — and become familiar with the concepts and terminology that support this work in the context of AI products.

No technical background is needed. Along the way, you’ll pick up AI engineering essentials that can help Product Owners and product managers work more confidently with AI products and teams.
Expect practical exercises, shared discoveries, and lessons you can take back to your own product work.

The 90-minute workshop combines a short introductory lecture, a hands-on session, and a shared debrief. Together, we’ll reflect on what we learned and explore what to learn next as you build your skills in managing AI products.

Bring your laptop and your curiosity. We’ll provide the web app and Wi-Fi, with no additional registration needed to use the workshop app.
