If you sign up at the above website you can access a lab network with vulnerable machines in the 10.195.2.0/24 network. With the free tier you are able to explore and try attacking actual servers with kali virtual machine which is downloadable from https://www.kali.org. Unfortunately I wasn't able to arrange any mentors but this service is available for use by anyone and is a good place for safely practicing with Kali.
