Friday, Jan 16:
5:00 - 8:30 PM - Yuan Qigong practice, Qi healing & discussion

Saturday & Sunday Jan 17-18:
8:30 - 9:00 AM - Morning practice (optional)
9:15 AM - 6:30 PM - Lecture, practice, Qi healing & discussion
Including light lunch and tea break in the afternoon
