Welcome to the Helsinki Trans & Nonbinary Meetup! This group is for any trans and nonbinary individuals in Helsinki who want to connect, share experiences, and build a supportive community. Anyone who is (or thinks they might be) trans, nonbinary, or otherwise gender diverse is welcome. Join us for coffee, board games, or whatever else we decide to do together!

Also: these meetups will be in English. But anyone who speaks English is welcome to join—it doesn’t have to be perfect :)

This meetup is a space to connect, share experiences, make friends, and build community with other trans, nonbinary, and gender diverse English speakers in Helsinki. Anyone who is trans, nonbinary, or gender diverse, or who is questioning or exploring their gender identity, is welcome.

Optional discussion questions for this meetup:

What are some things you wish more cisgender people understood about trans or nonbinary experiences?

What are you still figuring out about your gender identity?

What community resources or spaces do you wish existed here?

Feel free to bring a board game, a knitting project, or something else to do while we hang out and talk as well :)
