🍂🌲 Sipoonkorpi Autumn Nature Walk + Optional Kuusijärvi Smoke Sauna

Join us for a relaxed ~5 km nature walk around Fiskträsk in Sipoonkorpi National Park, followed by an optional smoke sauna and swim at Kuusijärvi.

Please arrange your own transportation to and from Korvenportti and make sure you arrive at the meeting point on time.

🎫 HSL ticket: If travelling from Zone A, including central Helsinki, you will need an ABCD ticket to reach Korvenportti. Please check the HSL app for the correct ticket for your own starting point.

### 🌲 Walk schedule

11:25 – Meet at Korvenportti
11:30 – Start the walk
~12:15 – Reach the Fiskträsk lakeside area
12:15–12:45 – Lunch/snack break by the lake
12:45 – Continue the loop
~14:00–14:05 – Arrive back at Korvenportti
We’ll walk at a relaxed social pace, with time for short breaks and photos. Please bring suitable shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, water and your own food.

### 🌦 Weather

The walk will be cancelled in case of heavy rain or otherwise poor weather conditions.
If the forecast is only for light showers, the walk will go ahead, so please dress accordingly and bring waterproof/weather-appropriate clothing and suitable footwear.
Any cancellation due to weather will be communicated before the event.

### 🚌 After the hike

Depending on your plans:
🏠 Returning towards Mellunmäki
Bus 899: Korvenportti 14:29 → Mellunmäki
🧖 Going to Kuusijärvi smoke sauna
Bus 899: Korvenportti 15:19 → Kuusijärvi 15:57
The Kuusijärvi part is completely optional.

### 🧖 Optional: Kuusijärvi smoke sauna & swim

Those joining the sauna can relax at Korvenportti after the hike and take the 15:19 bus to Kuusijärvi / carpool if we have enough vehicles.
Bring a swimsuit and towel if joining. The public smoke saunas cannot be reserved in advance, and weekends can be busy, so there may be a wait and entry for everyone cannot be guaranteed.
Sauna tickets are purchased individually on site (€16 per adult). The smoke saunas are mixed, so swimwear is mandatory.
Please RSVP only if you genuinely intend to join. If your plans change, please update your RSVP as soon as possible so the spot can be freed up for someone else.
