Minimum recommended level: B− (Lower Intermediate).

### 🔄 CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the event are eligible for a refund.
After the 48-hour deadline, refunds are only possible if a replacement player takes and pays for your spot.

🎯 Format
We’ll play doubles with regular rotations so everyone gets a good amount of court time and a chance to play with different people.

### 🏸 Rackets & Shuttles

Shuttlecocks will be provided.
If you don’t have a racket, rackets can be rented at the venue, subject to availability.
We also have 2 spare rackets available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please message us in advance if you would like to reserve one.

If there is a significant difference between a player’s level and the advertised level, we may decline future RSVPs for intermediate sessions. This is simply to keep the games balanced and enjoyable for everyone.

See you on court! 🏸😊
