Product Discovery at Hemnet (the rerun)

The event we did in October attracted a lot of interest so let's do it again for those who missed out!

Welcome to this breakfast meetup at Hemnet headquarters, Klarabergsgatan 60. We will talk about how we work with product discovery in the Hemnet product teams.

Our product teams work with continuous product delivery (building and shipping high-quality things) and product discovery (deciding what is the best thing to build next). We want the whole team to be involved in both delivery and discovery.

Since delivery and discovery processes are inherently very different they require different processes and tools. This session will focus on discovery, where we have tested some different ways of working together, visualizing, prioritizing and talking to users regularly. We will talk about some different concepts like product trio and opportunity solution tree, and share the experiences our teams have had with these.

Intended audience is anyone working with product development and curious about product discovery processes and tools. For example software engineers, UX/product designers, product managers and team leaders.
