Coq au vin is probably the most famous of all French chicken dishes, and certainly one of the most delicious! You’ll learn to prepare this French classic, along with the rest of the menu:
- Appetizer
- Coq au Vin Blanc
- Petite Herbs de Provence Potatoes
- Pan Roasted Garlic Parmesan Asparagus
- French Apple Tart
- Chardonnay
And then we'll all sit down and enjoy our dinner we've prepared!

Class will be 3 to 3 1/2 hours.
