Discover the art of crafting pillow-soft gnocchi dumplings in this hands-on cooking class. Create gnocchi and enjoy delightful Italian flavors of 3 different sauces in a fun and inclusive culinary experience. Enjoy a delicious meal with fellow foodies.

MENU:
*Roast Beef Crostini
*Caprese Salad
*Homemade Ricotta Gnocchi with 3 different sauces: Brown Butter Sage sauce, Basil Marinara, and Alfredo Sauce. YES! You will be making pasta!
*Italian Chocolate Espresso Mousse
-Glass of Pinot Noir Wine - Feel free to bring additional wine!

All this for $55-Including Hands-On lesson.

b) William Sonoma doesn’t even offer in-person classes any longer. They have limited virtual classes, but you still have to have all your own specific cookware, bakeware and ingredients.
c) Other local classes are few and when you can find them, they are $85-$95 & UP.

**Hands-on small classes – 6-7 person limit. Will keep most classes between $50-$65 per person
