Creating Support, Connection, Community, Miracles, Magic & Aha Moments Circle

This event has been craeted to be a safe and sacred space in nature where we can ground and connect. I want to also create an opportunity to be a community for each other. There are way too many people alone, lost in their thoughts, fears, emotions and fears. I would love to see this event grow where we can eventually meet twice a week (once on a Saturday or Sunday and once during the week in the early evening) for one hour here is what you can expect in that one hour.

1. First and foremost, bring your own refreshment or snack for the group, let's have our own potluck every time we meet at the park. If you are musically talented bring an instrument! don't be shy!

The flow of the hour will go something like this, while we will go with the flow, letting spirit lead us there will be a bit of structure:

• Open circle by setting an intention maybe even with a beautiful song too.

• 5 min dance to release stagnant energy in our bodies
• Closing Message from beyond for the rest of the week to inspire you to keep going
