Let's view the Fireworks from our kayaks!!! Beer afterward?!?

The City of Hendersonville will have their fireworks display on Tues July 3rd. We will put our kayaks in behind Hook 1 on Sanders Ferry Rd. We will paddle around in the channel for a bit before dark just to get some exercise and play in the water. Once it gets dark, we'll find a good spot to "park" on the water and watch the display!!!

This will be an easy paddle, suitable for beginners (you will need to bring your own kayak).

Anyone who wishes to join me may do so for a cold beer at Moby Dick's on the water after our paddle!!! We may even be able to paddle up to Moby's and pull our kayaks onto the bank. I've been wanting to try that.
