“Booming Boomers: Healing, Fulfillment, and Legacy in the Later Stages of Life”

This zoom event focuses on exploring and deepening into our over-50 lives in terms of how we define ourselves, our purpose and meaning, soul yearnings, concerns and challenges, how we deal with changes, celebration and commitment, healing and personal growth, aging, legacy, and death. What are the stories we tell about ourselves and how can we create & live new and more fulfilling stories? We will explore these topics and questions through guided meditation, journaling, breakout groups and large-group discussion. These two hours together are both a stand-alone event and an introduction to a 4 session workshop series beginning in late February 2026 that will dive into all these matters in much greater depth. The series will likely be in-person and will include non-workshop hanging up and relationship-building opportunities for those who want that.
