Wolf Crk Falls, TN; a Saunter

I am going to Wolf Creek Falls near Hot Springs; On the way there, we will visit Shut-in Falls. Up to 12 of you are welcome to join me.
Distance: 3Mi RT; 300 ft gradual descent to falls
Pace: 1.5mph – because I’m an ol’ Codger.
Difficulty: open forest road with 1 wet creek Xing.
300 ft gradual climb back to car.
ADDITIONAL SIDE TRIP: to Shut In Falls. ¼ mi RT; 100 ft ascent on a ‘goat trail’ w/ challenges.
Drive time: 1.3 hrs/65 mi 1-way; HIGH CLEARANCE VEHICLE REQR’D.
Carpool contributions appreciated. $6.00 suggested
WE WILL EAT IN HOT SPRINGS AFTER THE HIKE. (Dogs???)

We suggest open windows while carpooling. Only you know your own health status so judge accordingly if an event may endanger your health or the health of others.
Please bring an extra pair of shoes to avoid bringing your muddy shoes into the driver's car at the end of the hike.
Incessant prattlers will be assumed to be having an affair. Obstreperous raucous yawping is discouraged.
THIS IS A DOG-PARTICIPANT HIKE. This event is NOT for those who are uncomfortable with the antics of fun-loving dogs. Well trained dogs (you don’t have to yell) can be 'off-leash'. Small (lap)dogs may carpool. Large dogs will drive themselves.
DESCRIPTION;
Remember - hikes led by ‘the Curmudgeon’ tend to have challenging surprises.
I will be carrying the ‘Ent-Ward’ that gives us permission to pass thru the forest.
The hike to the falls is on a well-defined trail, The reward is this beautiful 20-30' waterfall is tucked down inside a scenic little hole.
All hikes are at your own risk. You are responsible for your OWN safety and adequate equipment.
