Join us for a day packed with music, artisan demonstrations, historical wonders, and fun activities for all ages.

Explore the 1815 Allison Deaver House, a gem of history nestled in the mountains. Get ready to be entertained by the musical talents of The Critters, storyteller and musician Jennifer Armstrong and award-winning performer Rudy Cortese of Rudy's Bluegrass Revue. Grab your family, a blanket, ​or chairs, and be part of this unforgettable experience!

EVENT INFORMATION
This is a free family event.
Parking is available at the Taco Bell end of the Walmart Parking lot and visitors are ​encouraged to enter the property from that direction.

To learn more about Transylvania County History, visit the Transylvania Heritage Museum at 189 West Main Street, Brevard NC. The Museum is open Thursday through Saturday, from noon until 4:00 pm. The exhibit Mountain Legacies: Exploring Appalachian Culture will run until mid-October. The exhibit and accompanying programs have been supported by North Carolina Humanities, the state affiliate of the National Endowment for the Humanities.
