Please bring an extra pair of shoes to avoid bringing your muddy shoes into the driver's car at the end of the hike.
Incessant prattlers will be assumed to be having an affair. My attempts to quiet the prattlers has failed. This has become a ‘social networking’ event.
THIS IS A DOG-PARTICIPANT WALK. This event is NOT for those who are uncomfortable with the antics of fun-loving dogs.
Well trained dogs (you don’t have to yell.) can be 'off-leash'. Small (lap)dogs may carpool. Large dogs will drive themselves.
DESCRIPTION:
Remember - hikes led by ‘the Curmudgeon’ tend to have challenging surprises.
Due to recent events, Bigfoot discussions are no longer permitted.
This is the path kayakers use to put-in for a run down the Green River. (well trampled). It has been altered by Helene and now arrives at a large sand/gravel beach caused by Helene's water power altering the course of the Green River. A small waterfall is accessible on the Big Hungry River.
Optional: Swimming and wading are available but we will skip this today.
All walks are at your own risk. You are responsible for your OWN safety and adequate equipment.
