DuPont/Cedar Rock Mtn; a hike

We are the HFF Trekking Team: We are a bit more ‘aggressive’ than the Sloth Hike Team.
Hugh will lead the Cedar Rock Tr Loop in DuPont Forest. With a stop at Corn Mill Shoals for lunch.
Up to 8 ppl are welcome to join. PARTICIPANTS REQUIRE THE APPROVAL OF THE HIKE ORGANIZER. (Which will happen after you sign up.)
Length: 4.5 mi loop; accum ascent: 550 ft. Pace: 2.0 mph.
Difficulty: eroded on uphill trail. Some rocks & roots.
Masticating will be ‘in motion’.
Apprx return time: 12:00 am (=2.75 hrs)
Weather Check: Cedar Rock, NC
Weather cancellations will be posted at 6:30am.
