Stool Mtn Tr; a Challenge

We are the HFF Trail Trekkers: We a’gonna get our step-counters a’workin’ !!
Hugh & Geraldine going to lead the Stool Mtn Tr in Table Rock St Pk, SC. Up to 12 ppl are welcome to participate.
PARTICIPANTS REQUIRE THE APPROVAL OF THE HIKE ORGANIZER.
Park Admission: $6/person
Hike Distance: 5.75 mi RT (in&out) Accum ascent: 1450 ft (all on the inbound)
Pace: 2.5 mph –
Difficulty: Constant ascent to Stool Mtn on a newly established trail. Some steep sections.
Masticating will be ‘in motion’.
Drive time: 46 min; 36 mi 1-way
Trailhead; Table Rock Nature Center; 620 Table Rock State Park Rd, Pickens, SC (we’ll arrive at 10:15a)
Apprx return time: 2:30 pm (=5.0 hrs)
Carpool contributions appreciated. $4.00 suggested

We suggest open windows while carpooling. Only you know your own health status so judge accordingly if an event may endanger your health or the health of others.
Please bring an extra pair of shoes to avoid bringing your muddy shoes into the driver's car at the end of the hike.
THIS IS A DOG-PARTICIPANT HIKE. This event is NOT for those who are uncomfortable with the antics of fun-loving dogs. Well trained dogs (you don’t have to yell) can be 'off-leash'. 'On leash' when encountering other hikers.. Small (lap)dogs may carpool. Large dogs will drive themselves.
All hikes are at your own risk. You are responsible for your OWN safety and adequate equipment.
