Hey everyone, it is at Henley park. 53 Maroochy waters drive, 4558 or just Henley park across from the canal viewpoint. A bit about me, Ive stuck to the basics for 25 years, 10 years on technique and 11 years on strength and conditioning. Plus a few odd years there rehabbing injuries and doing the odd bit of meditation plus my first college years running amuk cycling from Toowoomba to Brisbane and the training for that as well as a couple of years of Kung Fu interest somewhere very similar to this group. Also did a camp with the Shaolin fighting monks in year 12 of high school. So if you are more interested in the kind of cool stuff like Jet Li movies and Jackie Chan or just have an interest in them that's great. I do too! But the practice I have done is more like an American karate ethos such as in the karate kid movies. This groups masters will be those in the movies and on YouTube as there will be no ranking system, no hierarchy, no fees and no insurance haha. I sincerely hope you get a chance to come to Henley park on a Wednesday Arvo and check it out. I'm at university now studying exercise so Wednesdays are my day off for the year and also the day I study at a free tai chi class in Buderim in the morning so Wednesdays seemed a good fit. Phew how bout this heat! Don't forget your water bottle.
