Fix It With Fire - Talk and Hike

Come to Henry W. Coe State Park Visitor center at Coe Ranch for a FREE talk on the California State Parks prescribed burn program.

• Take a short hike on the Coe Monument trail to a recently burned location at the park.
• See wildflowers in the recently burned area and how fire effects their growth.
• Learn directly about how prescribed burns are done by the people doing them.

Cost: Program is free. Day use fee of $8 per vehicle, ($7 is occupant in car is 62 or older).

Difficulty: Moderate 1 mile hike with 370 feet of elevation gain.
