We're back with another in person HER+Data meetup! An evening time event on Wednesday, June 26th @6:30pm, hosted at EY. We'll have talks from three amazing women. Two women from EY along with one of our co-organisers, Ciara from Irish Life Wellbeing. Join, ask questions and meet other folks who love data.

Speakers:

Heba A. Habib, talking about “Crafting AI Solutions to Enhance Operational Performance”. Heba a Manager at EY Data & Analytics, continuously excites those around her with her expertise in Data Science and Business Intelligence. She excels in applying machine learning to Big Data, effectively communicating insights to senior stakeholders, and delivering solutions that drive significant conversion and revenue growth. With an MSc and Ph.D. focused on Operations Research, Management Science, and Decision Support, she also contributes as an experienced lecturer.

Nabanita Roy, who will speak about “Reimagining Contact Centre Processing with GenAI”. Nabanita, a Senior Manager at the EY Data & Analytics practice, has expertise in Python, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Generative AI, showcasing exceptional skill and creativity. She serves as a hugely inspiring education leader for women across all of Ireland, guiding and empowering individuals with her insights and leadership.

Ciara McAuley, who will talk about "7 Habits of an Effective Data Analyst". Ciara is a Lead Data Analyst for the Irish Life Wellbeing team. She works closely with the MyLife team to identify trends and insights in user behaviour that lead to healthy behaviour, to improve data management and to democratise data within the team. Prior to Irish Life, Ciara worked in Patreon as a Product Data Scientist partnering with numerous teams across Patreon’s product including membership, trust & safety and community. Ciara studied Computer Science at undergraduate level in Dublin City University. She worked in Workday as a Software Engineer for over 2 years as part of a Data Engineering team. She then went on to study for a Masters Degree in Data Analytics from Dublin City University. She lives in Dublin, is a newbie runner and spends lots of time with Golden Retriever, Zeus.
