Picture it.. Walking up to a cute cafe, smooth jazz🎶 playing in the background, the smell of roasted coffee ☕️ and warm croissants 🥐, pleasant conversation, and a slow intentional morning with other women in the Folsom area 💕

I’m slowly building a community around wellness, connection, intentional living, and simply enjoying life a little more — and I thought a coffee date would be the perfect place to start.
