🌿 Her Trail Korea: Women’s Hiking Meetup at The Geumganggul Cave Trail in Seoraksan National Park

The Geumganggul Cave Trail in Seoraksan is a short but steep hike that takes you deep into the mountains. The trail starts from Sinheungsa Temple and passes Biseondae Rock before climbing up a rocky path with lots of stairs. It’s a bit of a workout, but the view from the cave is totally worth it — you can see the whole valley and the peaks around you. It’s a great trail if you want a challenge without spending the whole day hiking.

🚩 Meeting Point
Outside Exit 4 of Seocho Station (Line 2) – walk about 100m and meet near the first traffic light.
🕖 Meeting Time: 7:00 AM sharp
🥾 Hiking Details
Distance: About 7.2 km total
Duration: Around 3~4 hours (hiking time only)
Trail: A short but steep Seoraksan trail leading to a cave with stunning mountain and valley views.

📍 Schedule (roughly)
07:00 AM – Meet at Seocho Station, Exit 4 (near first traffic light, 100m ahead)
10:00 AM – Arrive at The Trailhead and start hiking
12:00 PM – Reach the cave and enjoy a light lunch
12:30 PM – Start hiking back down
14:00 PM - Have some local food (Split the bill)
15:30 PM – Head back to Seoul
Around 7:00 PM – Arrive at Seocho Station (depending on traffic)
