Smoke & Spirit: A Ceremonial Approach to Navigating Grief with Cannabis

## Note: get the Zoom link through https://events.humanitix.com/herb-and-bones

Welcome to a supportive, intentional, and non-judgmental space. This online circle is designed for anyone interested in exploring the metaphysical and spiritual potential of cannabis as a plant ally to gently sit with, honor, and process grief.
Grief is rarely a linear journey. In this session, we will shift away from treating loss as something to quickly "fix" or numb, exploring instead how cannabis, when imbibed with conscious intention, can help drop our emotional barriers and allow us to process difficult feelings. Our time together will balance communal discussion with practical, grounded experientials for integration.

### What to Expect:

  • Setting the Container: An opening mindfulness practice and collective intention-setting.
  • The Metaphysical Lens: A discussion on cannabis as an earth medicine for shifting perspective, moving through emotional blockages, and anchoring into the present moment.
  • Sacred Reflection: A quiet space for journaling, meditating, or simply honoring your personal timeline of loss.
  • Integration Circle: A supportive group environment for open sharing, listening, and witnessing.

### Important Guidelines & Safety:

  • A Harm Reduction Space: This circle prioritizes education, self-awareness, and safety. We advocate starting with low, controlled amounts and keeping a personal log to understand your unique response.
  • Legal Compliance First: We operate in strict alignment with legal regulations. We do not encourage, condone, or permit the purchase, sale, transfer, or unlawful use of any illegal substances.
  • Disclaimer: This discussion is strictly for educational and peer support purposes. It does not constitute professional medical, legal, or mental health advice. If you are experiencing complex or prolonged trauma, we strongly encourage collaborating with a professional therapist or counselor.

Bring your journal, a comfortable seated space, and an open heart.
