Herb Society of Victoria Annual General Meeting plus Mini Talks

1Annual General Meeting - All members should attend to accept the year's reports and run for/vote on the new committee.
All positions are available for nominations, and there is bound to be one for you!
The Annual General Meeting will be followed by
3 Mini Talks from our members.
Welcome some members new to mini-talks and expect the unexpected!
Please explore the Herb Age for the President’s Annual Report, the First and Final Notice with details and Proxy/nomination forms.
The Financial Annual Report will be available the night and presented by Carmen Hollway, our Treasurer.

Please be seated 7.15 for 7.30 pm Start
Please bring a plate for shared supper, herbs for tea or help out at the tea trolley at the end of the main event.
Normally cost for non-members is $5 entry to meetings. Members are no charge to general meetings - Membership (around $25 to $40 p.a), also includes 6 issues p.a to The Herb Age newsletter and other benefits.
HOW TO GET THERE
By road The main entrance is on Yarra Boulevard – south from the Swan Street bridge. There is limited parking on the campus. Parking is also available on Yarra Boulevard.
By tram From Flinders Street along the Exhibition Street extension into Swan Street, tram number 70 to stop number 18
By train Nearest stations are Burnley, Hawthorn or Heyington
