Location disclosed at registration.
Step away from the noise and into the wild. This women’s overnight retreat is designed to ground your spirit, reconnect you with nature, and awaken your inner power under the energy of the New Moon.
Your journey begins with a 1.5-hour guided hike through lush forest trails lined with wildflowers, rocky pathways, and breathtaking alpine views. We’ll set up camp in a serene grove by Hoover Lake—a stunning (secluded) oasis perfect for reflection and connection.
Once there, you’ll experience:
⛺️ Camp Setup + Your Packed Dinner
🌲 Opening Ceremony – ground your intentions for the New Moon
🔥 Rage Release & Primal Expression – shed what no longer serves you
🥁 Drum Circle & Night Ceremony – connect with the collective heartbeat
🌀 Movement & Chanting – anchor into your body and the land
🌊 Night Swimming (optional) – refresh and reclaim your wild side
🌚 Sharing Circle – release, call in, and be witnessed
Wake with the sun on Day 2 for:
🌅 Morning Exploration & Lake Swim – for the early birds
☕ Coffee/Tea + Nourishing Snacks – slow, grounded connection
🧘♀️ Movement & Breathwork Flow – align mind, body, and spirit
