What we’ll do (and why it helps):
- Wheel of Life — Quickly rate key areas (health, career, relationships, fun) to spot where a tiny shift makes a big difference.
- Energy Audit — Find the tasks that drain you most, then design simple “do less of it” steps: delete, defer, delegate, batch, or lower the bar.
- Boundary Script Lab — Leave with one clear, kind script to say “no” (or “not now”) without the guilt.
- Real Talk, Real Moms — Lighthearted group chats to share wins, struggles, and what’s actually working.
You’ll walk away with practical tools, new mom-friends who get it, and a printable workbook to keep the momentum going.
Group size: 3–5 moms (so everyone gets time and support).
