Your Story, Your Strength: Exploring the Hero’s Journey Within
Details
Every woman has a story she's been telling herself about her life — the detours, the setbacks, the moments she fell short. What if that story has the wrong main character?
In this workshop, we use the framework of the Hero's Journey to do something most women never do: look back at their own life and see it clearly — not as a series of failures and recoveries, but as a map of courage they've been building all along.
You'll walk away with a reframed narrative, a clearer sense of who you are now because of what you've been through, and the self-belief to take your next step — whatever that looks like.
For women who are ready to stop being the critic of their own story and start being the author of it.
What We Cover
In 60 focused minutes, we move through four areas of work:
Mapping your journey. Using the Hero's Journey as a framework, you'll trace the arc of a significant chapter in your life — the disruption, the trials, the transformation, and what you now carry forward.
Reframing the story. We shift that lens — not through positive thinking, but through honest examination of what those chapters actually built.
Self-compassion. You'll meet the version of yourself who lived through the hard parts with the same fairness you'd offer a woman you deeply respect.
Self-belief. You'll close the workshop with a clear, grounded statement of who you have become — and what you are capable of.
