About us
Here Aware Nature Club is for anyone who enjoys slowing down and noticing the natural world.
Each month, the club offers affordable outdoor gatherings. We meet to explore Barcelona's parks and natural spaces through birdwatching and art. Some people bring binoculars, others bring a sketchbook, and, if you’re like me, bring both.
You don't need experience in birdwatching or drawing. The focus is on curiosity, observation, and sharing time outdoors with others who appreciate nature, not creating perfect sketches or identifying every species.

Every event has its own community contribution: 2€ for bird walks and 5€ for creative sessions. My goal is to build a sustainable community where curious people come together to slow down, connect with nature, and learn through birdwatching and art. Your contribution helps pay for Meetup costs, website costs, Joyce’s occasional cup of tea, included materials (for creative sessions).
If you'd like to support the club a little more, you're always welcome to contribute extra. You can also volunteer your time as an assistant facilitator.
