Dear Here and Now Adventurers,
We warmly invite you to a special evening that brings together the essence of meditation and the joy of singing. Just like meditation, singing can ground us, calm the mind, and open the heart. When we sing together, we not only connect with our own voice but also with the people around us – creating harmony both inside and out.
We’ll begin the evening with a short guided relaxation and Heartfulness meditation to arrive fully in the present moment. From there, Philip Hein, our experienced vocal coach, will gently awaken our voices with a vocal warm-up and help us explore their richness and power in a playful and supportive way.
In the final 30 minutes, we’ll sing a selection of seven beautiful songs together. Philip will guide us through each one, so you can relax and simply enjoy the experience. No preparation or prior experience is needed – lyrics will be provided, and everyone is welcome! Whether you're a beginner or a passionate singer, come as you are. This is an invitation to rediscover your voice and the joy of singing in community.

💰 Contribution: Voluntary donations to support Philip and the meditation center are welcome, but not required
Evening Schedule:
- Arrival & Grounding: Gentle relaxation followed by a short Heartfulness meditation
- Vocal Activation: Guided warm-up and vocal exploration with Philip Hein
- Group Singing: Philip will lead us through 7 simple and uplifting songs
