Dear Here & Now Adventurers, dear Yogis!

Join us on Saturday morning for a joyful and rejuvenating yoga class in the beautiful Heartfulness Yoga Studio. The session will offer a combination of intense yet soothing yoga practices that balance body and mind, helping us to reconnect with ourselves on all levels.

We'll start with some gentle loosening exercises and then move into a warm-up dynamic flow. Throughout the class you will experience selected postures to improve balance, increase flexibility of the spine and stretches to open the heart. We'll also incorporate active breathing exercises to calm the mind and end with a short silent meditation.

Yoga is the science of the here and now. Together we will experience how a complete yoga flow of asanas, breathing exercises, relaxation and meditation helps us to move from thinking to feeling, allowing our consciousness to be in the present and dwell in its deeper nature.

After the class you are invited to stay for a cup of herbal tea. It will be a great time to share experiences and enjoy a relaxed chat.

Important Information:

  1. What to bring: Please bring your yoga mat, and maybe a small towel or tissue paper.
  2. Always listen to your body: If you feel uncomfortable or painful in a particular yoga pose, please leave the pose and move to a relaxed standing or sitting pose. Yoga may challenge you, but it should never be painful. Be gentle with yourself and always practice within your personal limits.
  3. Please be on time for the class as we will start promptly. Once the session begins, we may not be able to open the door.
  4. Remember to switch off your phones before the session begins.

Participant Rules:

  • Please follow the instructions of the trainer.
  • Stop immediately if you feel any pain or discomfort during the class.
  • Please do not join if you feel sick or unwell. Seek professional advice from your doctor if you have any doubts about your fitness for yoga practice.
  • Do not participate if you are pregnant, or if you have any pre-existing medical conditions, or are taking medications or drugs that may affect your practice.
  • Be considerate and leave enough space between you and others during the class.
  • Participation is at your own risk, and we disclaim liability in the absence of negligence by our instructors.

By joining our class, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these guidelines. Your safety and well-being are our priority.

The instructor holds certification as an International Yoga Trainer granted by Heartfulness Yoga Academy, a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School (RYS200).
