I’m Mette Theilmann, a psychologist and parenting consultant from Denmark, now living on the Côte d'Azur. I’m married to an Irish man, and we have three grown children who live in London, Dublin, and the Netherlands. A year ago, I moved to the Côte d'Azur with a desire to evolve as a person through new experiences and meaningful connections. This led me to start **HerEdge**, where I support adults in their personal development. I offer online consultations but prefer working with clients in person, helping them navigate life’s challenges and parenting.

Join us for a beautiful, hands-on session where we slow down, connect, and create nourishing skincare together. You’ll learn how to make your own face cream, face serum and face mask - thoughtfully tailored to your unique skin type.
We’ll use natural, skin-loving ingredients that are gentle, effective, and supportive of both body and soul. You’ll also have the joy of personalising your creations with your favourite scents using organic essential oils, turning everyday skincare into a meaningful ritual.
While our creams gently set, we’ll talk about how to carry this moment home - how to continue making your own skincare home.
Additionally we will talk about face yoga and how use different products such as a Gua Sha to smoothen your skin and make it glow
