I’m Mette Theilmann, a psychologist and parenting consultant from Denmark, now living on the Côte d'Azur. I’m married to an Irish man, and we have three grown children who live in London, Dublin, and the Netherlands. A year ago, I moved to the Côte d'Azur with a desire to evolve as a person through new experiences and meaningful connections. This led me to start **HerEdge**, where I support adults in their personal development. I offer online consultations but prefer working with clients in person, helping them navigate life’s challenges and parenting.

Let's begin in a circle, exploring how to listen without fixing or advising and how to feel free to share our inner thoughts without fear. Then step into nature to practice that rare gift: being fully present with another human being.
No fixing. Just walking. Just listening.
Fee: 8 Euros (includes refreshment and a guided walk)
