🍶 Cooking Creation Workshop:

  • Make Your Own Kefir: Learn how to make kefir that you can take home and keep growing forever!
  • Ginger Beer (Non-Alcoholic):** Craft your own homemade ginger beer and starter to continue fermenting at home.
  • Kimchi Batch: Prepare a batch of your very own kimchi to take home and let ferment. 🥬
  • Turmeric, Ginger & Lemon Shots: Create energizing, immune-boosting shots to take home and enjoy!
    All packed with beneficial bacteria.

🧠 1 Hour Coaching & Q&A with Kate:
We’ll discuss the difference between prebiotics and probiotics, how they affect our microbiome, and why our gut is considered our second brain. You will explore the Power of Probiotics and why fermented foods are vital for a healthy diet and how they boost immunity, digestion, and mental wellness.

Kate Tarratt Cross is a health coach and chef, with over 12 years experience. She is the personal chef to tennis champion Novak Djokovic. Trained in plant-based cooking, Kate is passionate about helping people discover the power of nourishment as preventative medicine. She encourages a plant-forward lifestyle where vegetables take the spotlight and animal protein are consumed as a complement, not the main focus.
