Over the course of 4 webinars, Emmanuelle Waters, Registered Health & Nutrition Coach, will guide you through practical tips that you can implement straight away and help you become the actor of your own health.

Together we will explore ways to boost your energy and improve your sleep, stabilise your mood and hormones, manage your stress level, enjoy a healthy gut and glowing skin, support your weight and create a more resilient life with a positive mindset.

At this 1st webinar the focus will be on Nutrition for Health & Wellbeing.
The forthcoming webinars will be
Part 2: ‘Sleep’ (27 May), followed by
Part 3: ‘Stress’ (3 June), ending with
Part 4: ‘Exercise & Mindset’ (17 June).
