This group is dedicated to help men develop their masculine embodiment and polarity according to tantric principles and practices.
The word Tantra comes from Sanskrit and relates to the words "loom" and "weave". With tantra, we can learn to weave the male and female energies for a sense of satisfying wholeness and fulfilment.
From its origin, tantra is a spiritual practice, which teaches us not to reject our body, sexuality and desires, but rather to embrace, follow and learn from them, to connect to our true nature. From this perspective, sexuality is not a diversion or a "nice addition" to our lives, but rather central to who we are and how we connect with each other and the world.
This MeetUp group is dedicated to help men cultivate and deeply embody their masculine sexual energy and discover how this can be brought satisfyingly into relationships with women. While the teachings have a particularly heterosexual perspective, they are applicable to men of all orientations who want to more deeply embody their masculine core.
Most of our offerings will be mens embodiment workshops, but in the future, we are also planning to do combined workshops with women's tantra groups, to practice the art of authentic embodiment in relationship.
The group is led by Ayot, an established body-therapist and tantra teacher. In this group, we will bring together Body Psychotherapies, Jungian Psychology, Shamanism, and Taoist Tantric practices, to help each man go to the core of his masculine sexual identity.
