This breathwork session is designed to help you step away from the noise of daily life and reconnect with the wisdom of your body.
We’ll start with a simple conversation about how stress affects the body and how breath can be used as a powerful tool to calm the nervous system. Then, we’ll move into a guided meditative breathwork practice to quiet the mind, release tension, and allow space for clarity, peace, and deeper connection.
Breathwork gives your mind a chance to rest so your body — full of God-given intuition and truth — can speak.
No experience is needed. Just come with an open heart and a willingness to breathe.
If you get cold easily, please bring a sweatshirt or even a blanket. Breathwork can make you feel really cold when your nervous system regulates.
This session will be led by Rae Anne Mullins, a certified Breathwork Facilitator. Rae Anne is passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves through nervous system regulation, somatic healing, and spiritual alignment. She brings a calm, grounded presence and creates a safe space for men and women to explore breath as a powerful tool for peace and growth.
