What we’re about

Join HeyRunning for our Thursday sessions and enjoy running together! Running in a group makes it easier to stay motivated and reach your goals. Plus, you can pick up great tips from more experienced runners.

We are are having our 90min sessions in Taipei Tianmu, that consist of following parts:

  • Warm-up jog
  • HIIT and/or strength session
  • Running tips and tricks
  • 20-25min intervals
  • Stretching

Everyone and all levels welcome!

Despite people having different running speed, we organize activities that keep the group together to motivate each others.

Sessions are free and coached in English. HeyRunning is a volunteer based organization. We want to have fun and improve our running skills with people like YOU!
